We broadcasted on Instagram Live our conversation with Giuliano Gaia, co-founder (with Stefania Boiano) of InvisibleStudio, university professor and cultural planner specialised in human-centred design.

During our appointment, Professor Gaia told us about his innovative vision about the digital and cultural world: a never-ending experimenting process whose objective is to offer the spectator the best experience. We discussed many much-debated topics, such as the "design thinking method" and the role of artificial intelligence within the cultural sector.

The virtual event was followed by over a hundred Instagram users, was coordinated by the Poldi Pezzoli Youth Group and was mediated by Laura Ferrini.
